APL Property specialises in property strategy, management and related services. Their offices are in regional NZ and their clients are mainly businesses and government organisations. We set out to create a brand promise and visual identity that placed them on the same level as the large city-based firms with whom they compete, and set them apart from the single-operator and micro-businesses that are active in this space in regional NZ.
